Who knows......fingers crossed... I had some sweet deals a couple of months ago fall through... so maybe I will get lucky...

Great that you've already got the horns and drivers--Once you get the woofers reconed you're in business (GPA can make those woofers good as new). Are you planning on building the cabs to spec? Altec really did a great job (and spent a lot of research hours) tuning the Model 19 cabinets to the 416-8B woofers. Hope the deal goes through for you -- $49 would be nice!

Yep, not gonna touch the design of the cabs... seems like the general consensus was that Altec got it right,,, no need to reinvent the wheel...
